Legal This Agreement is entered into in the State of Florida and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.                                        Consumer Disclosure WDWVacationplanning.com, it's agents, employees, it's affiliates (herein "Travel Service") is acting as your vacation planner arranging for the booking of, and management of reservations for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Service (such as hotel accommodations, airfare, car rentals, meals, tours, cruises, excursions etc.). Travel Service will not be responsible for errors or omissions made by traveler and/or traveler's companions. Travel service shall be held harmless for any errors or omissions made by travel service relating to the booking of any travel component (such as hotel accommodations, airfare, car rentals, meals, tours, cruises, etc) Traveler agrees to, and is held fully responsible, to verify all reservation information (including but not limited to, names, address, contact number, email address, dates of travel, travel components, hotels, tickets, airfare, transportation, meals, cruise excursions, etc.) immediately upon receipt of reservation confirmations and notify travel service immediately upon receipt if any corrections or changes need to be made. Travel service will not be held responsible for traveler's and/or traveler's companions lack of due diligence in reviewing confirmations and/or lack of notification to travel service regarding any changes, errors or omissions. Travel service is not responsible for any breach of contract or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, or you the traveler which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers. Travel Service does not guarantee any of supplier's rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Service shall not be responsible for any injuries, missed flights, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with airlines failure to perform or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel services control. Traveler is advised to obtain insurance coverage against these risks. Traveler's use of this site for the purpose of making travel arrangements shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions. This Agreement constitutes the agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Travel service may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site entitled "Terms of Service" .
