I would like to  put in a good word for my agent. After searching several web sites, I decided to contact yours due to the quick response time, ease of site and of course price. I contacted my disney travel agent about the quote she sent me, unfortunately, not heeding her time line I found myself in a situation of having a hard time obtaining a decent flight. This was on a Friday close to your closing time. My agent, after searching for around a half an hour with me on the phone, told me she was having trouble with flights and would try over the weekend, on her own time. I said thanks and decided that the trip was not going to happen. To my surprise around 30 minutes after your office closed, my agent called me informing me that she made all the arrangements, set up agreeable flights and booked everything. Let me tell you, I don't think too many people would work after their work day has ended on a weekend. My agent made my first online vacation booking a good experience and I will recommend you  to all my friends....Dave

Very well planned and an enjoyable experience. This is the second time that we booked with our disney travel agent. Each time she exceeded our expectations! Our consultant was extremely helpful and patient. I must have changed our dinner plans 3 times. She was just great!!! All of her suggestions were perfect and I would never go to Disney without going through you. ....Jeff

Now.......I have done a lot of traveling in my life.......I expect something.....at sometime.......to go not quite as expected........that's just how things usually work........BUT.......this trip.......Everything worked......even down to how well the traffic was getting to the airport!!!! I have booked two trips with your disney travel agent. She has been such a wonderful person to work with-I just wanted to let you know. She has answered all my questions without ever seeming like I was a bother to her, and she has gone out of her way to help us book a trip this summer. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and have just finished chemo. Our family has had our eyes set on a fun vacation to reward us for his last long hard year. When I shared the reason for our trip with my agent, she was so great and supportive. In fact, my husband and I spent one of my chemo sessions reading over all the information that she sent us about our trip this summer. It was a real blessing. I have spoken with other Disney travel agents in the past  but my personal agent I found here has a special personnel touch that really makes you feel like you are her only client.  I wanted to make sure I let someone know about my great experience. .......S.
