Advanced Dining Reservations FAQ's
Advanced Dining Reservations guarantees your family the next available table that becomes available to suite your party size. You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your dining time and check in with the hostess. Depending on the time of day you are dining, your wait time will vary from 15-30 minutes.
Who can Make Advanced Dining Reservations? Anyone who is staying at a Walt Disney World Resort can call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) to make their advanced dining reservations.
***Special VIP service for our reserved clients, your dining will be arranged for you by your Personal Disney Specialist .
When should you make Dining Reservations ? You can reserve your dining for your entire length of stay beginning at 180 days prior to arrival. Remember to keep your dining confirmation number with you to avoid any unnecessary issues. Reservations for Cinderella's Royal table and Princes Storybook must be done 180 days ahead for best chance of acquiring seating.
My Dining time is before the park opens? You will enter the theme park turnstile and inform the cast member that you are reserved for dining. Have your confirmation number handy.
Is there transportation for early Character Breakfasts? Magic Kingdom and Disney Resort Area buses start running at 6:30am. Animal Kingdom, MGM, and Epcot buses start running at 7:00 am.
You should always allow time for a connection when going Resort to Resort. Actual arrival times will vary by location.
What if I don't Show up for my Reservation? If you know ahead of time you can't make it, call 407-WDW-DINE (407-949-3463)and cancel. If you don't check in at your scheduled time, the next party will be given your table. Some locations charge a no-show fee.
How do I get the restaurants I want? Make your reservations promptly, 180 days prior to arrival. Keep in mind that you may have to be flexible with your dates and times to obtain your desired location. (**For those who are reserved with us, you do not need to do a thing, it is all done for you.)
Why did they ask for my credit card number? Some locations require a credit card to guarantee your Disney Dining Reservation. The credit card won't be charged unless you fail to show and or do not cancel within 48 hours of the reservation time. The charge varies depending on location.
