One Bedroom Villa - Accommodates 4 with a queen bed, sleeper sofa in living area and comes  fully equipped with a  kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room, VCR in living room. The Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub.

Two Bedroom Villa - Accommodates up to 8 people with 1 queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in second bedroom and a king bed in master suite along with a whirlpool tub, queen sofa sleeper in living room and comes  fully equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room and VCR in living room and with either a porch or balcony.
